The Indonesian Dental Conservation Association (IKORGI) held the National Scientific Webinar IKORGI II (WINI II) on 25 August 2024. The primary objective of this event was to focus on meeting the Continuing Education Credit Units (SKP) through two recent innovations: Plataran Sehat and the SKP Platform. The Department of Dental Conservation at the Faculty of Dentistry, UGM, actively participated in this event, aimed at enhancing professionalism and the quality of dental healthcare services in Indonesia.
The innovations, Plataran Sehat and the SKP Platform, are designed to assist IKORGI members in fulfilling their SKP obligations more easily and systematically. During the webinar, participants had the opportunity to witness live demonstrations of both platforms, which included access to educational materials, course participation, and practical, efficient SKP reporting.
The event included detailed explanations of the standout features of Plataran Sehat and the SKP Platform, along with an interactive Q&A session that allowed participants to engage directly with experts. Additionally, discussions provided insights into early user experiences and solutions to various challenges that may arise.
With the introduction of Plataran Sehat and the SKP Platform, IKORGI aims to promote the improvement of dental practice quality, especially at UGM’s Faculty of Dentistry, while maximizing the use of available educational resources.
This initiative aligns with SDG 4: Quality Education, which aims to enhance access to and the quality of education, particularly for dental healthcare professionals, to achieve higher standards of professionalism.
