This was evidenced by the working visit of the Faculty of Dentistry delegation to three prestigious dental education institutions in the world: the Academic Center for Dentistry Amsterdam (ACTA), the Department of Dentistry University of Groningen (UoG), and the Department of Oral Health Sciences Katholique University of Leuven (KUL) from 2-6 October 2023.
The Faculty of Dentistry at UGM welcomed a visit from the Center for Innovation in Medical Engineering, Universiti Malaya (CIME UM) on Friday (6/10). The delegation from CIME UM, consisting of 7 UM faculty members led by Prof. Ir. Dr. Fatimah Ibrahim, was warmly received by the leadership of UGM's Faculty of Dentistry and the Integrated Research and Testing Laboratory (LPPT) team at OECF Building, 2nd Floor.

Yogyakarta, Tuesday (12/09) marked the official opening of the National Dental Health Month 2023 at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada. This annual program is organized through a collaboration between Unilever Indonesia with the Indonesian Dental Association (PDGI), the Association of Indonesian Dental Faculties (AFDOKGI), and the Indonesian Association of Dental and Oral Hospital Education (ARSGMPI) under the theme "Smiling Indonesia, Strong Teeth, Healthy Mouths."
The Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada, received a visit from the Indonesian Accreditation Agency for Higher Education in the context of the Field Assessment of the Specialist Program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada, held from 6-8 September 2023.

Hari ini (26/08) FKG UGM menyelenggarakan Sarasehan Nasional Peminatan Etik, Hukum dan Disiplin Kedokteran Gigi (PETIKUMDIKGI) bertajuk Kontribusi & Peluang Pengembangan Petikumdikgi dalam Pembangunan Kesehatan Gigi dan Mulut di Indonesia. Bertempat di Lantai 3 Gedung Margono Soeradji FKG UGM, acara ini diawali dengan menyanyikan lagu Indonesia Raya, Hymne UGM, dan Mars PDGI, dilanjutkan dengan sambutan oleh Ketua Panitia drg. Rosa Amalia, M.Kes., Ph.D serta Ketua PETIKUMDIKGI sekaligus Dekan FKG UGM drg. Suryono S.H., M.M., Ph.D. Dalam kesempatan ini, Menteri Kesehatan RI Ir. Budi Gunadi Sadikin, CHFC, CLU turut hadir memberikan sambutannya melalui video secara daring.
