Workshop on Annual Work Plan (RKT) Development in Alignment with Performance Achievement Mandate (MCK) of FKG UGM for 2023

The Faculty of Dentistry UGM conducted a Workshop on Annual Work Plan (RKT) development aligned with the Performance Achievement Mandate (MCK) for 2023 at Hotel Tentrem on 2 and 3 September 2022. This workshop featured Ignatius Susatyo Wijoyo, M.M., Vice Rector for Research, Business Development, and Cooperation at UGM, and Prof. Supriyadi, M.Sc., Ph.D., CMA., CA., Ak., Vice-Rector for Human Resources and Finance at UGM, as speakers. Also in attendance were the FKG UGM Dean's Office, Department Chairs, Program Heads, Office Heads, Section Heads, and Unit Heads.

 

On the first day, Friday (2/9), participants received guidance from drg. Suryono, S.H., M.M., Ph.D., Dean of FKG UGM. In his address, he emphasized the importance of this workshop due to policy changes impacting performance. "I hope that from this workshop, we can achieve outputs such as an Annual Work Plan that aligns with the Performance Achievement Mandate and a strategic plan for FKG UGM to enhance IKU attainment," he concluded.

 

Similar sentiments were echoed by Ignatius Susatyo Wijoyo, M.M., Vice Rector for Research, Business Development, and Cooperation at UGM, who stated that to support the commercialization of researchers, UGM has initiated strategies, including the introduction of Researcher Day. "During Researcher Day , researchers will be facilitated to meet directly with business partners and industry players," concluded Ignatius Susatyo Wijoyo, M.M.

 

Meanwhile, Prof. Supriyadi, M.Sc., Ph.D., CMA., CA., Ak., Vice-Rector for Human Resources and Finance at UGM, as the second speaker at this event, focused on improving IKU attainment. "According to IKU data from the Directorate General of Research and Development, most have not yet reached their targets. Therefore, let us formulate the correct RKT to increase IKU attainment." He also added that RKT is a plan and estimation of revenues and expenditures for a unit over one year based on predetermined performance targets for each unit. "Furthermore, RKT adheres to principles of participatory, transparent, fair, accountable, decentralized, and sustainable practices," he concluded.

 

On the second day, Saturday (3/9), workshop participants drafted RKT according to their responsibilities. This drafting process was guided by  drg. Rosa Amalia, M.Kes., Ph.D., Vice Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Affairs; drg. Trianna Wahyu Utami, MDSc., Ph.D., Vice Dean for Research, Community Service, and Cooperation; and drg. Margareta Rinastiti, M.Kes., Sp.KG(K), Ph.D., Vice Dean for Finance, Assets, and Human Resources. The workshop concluded with the presentation and correction of the drafted RKT.
