Yogyakarta, 14 December 2024 — The Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM), has once again achieved outstanding international recognition. drg. Eufrasia Claudia, an orthodontic resident at FKG UGM, secured first place in the oral presentation session at the Orthonigma seminar, held at The Rich Hotel Yogyakarta.
Presenting on the topic “Orthodontic Treatment for Cleft Lip and Palate Patients Using an Expander Device,” drg. Eufrasia captivated both judges and participants with her comprehensive explanation of the challenges and solutions in treating patients with cleft lip and palate. cleft lip and palate menjadi kunci utama keberhasilannya.
Her presentation detailed the use of expanders in widening the jaw to prepare patients for further orthodontic treatment. Through a systematic approach, she demonstrated in-depth knowledge of orthodontic techniques and principles, particularly in managing complex cases.
