A preparatory meeting was held for the compilation and submission of LKPS (Study Program Performance Report)and EDPS (Study Program Self-Evaluation Report) for the 2025 accreditation process. Discussions included data collection, form completion, and audit schedules. Key challenges highlighted were delays in receiving data from various units and the need for cross-verification and updated information. The working team agreed to continue refining the forms and to coordinate with other units to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the required data.
- Academic Planning Team: Preparing for an audit by Amba in the third or fourth week of August.
- Quality Assurance Team: Updating all LKPS data after receiving input from the library, finance, and research units.
- Researcher: Entering complete research data, publication records, and data from the University of Hong Kong.
- Academic Planning Team: Finalizing LKPS completion by next Friday.
- Finance Team: Inputting financial data directly into the academic planning table.
- Library Team: Entering library data directly into the academic planning table.
- Academic Team: Providing updated data on student enrollment (TS) for all programs.
- Quality Assurance Team: Contacting the auditor to schedule the audit and coordinating with the head of academic planning.
- Quality Assurance Team: Facilitating data cross-checking between UPP and academic planning before final submission.
- Academic Planning Team: Updating curriculum activities and student data for the 2024–2025 academic year.
- SPKG (Conservative Dentistry Specialist Program) Team: Preparing and distributing postgraduate user satisfaction surveys for specific programs.
Accreditation Preparation 2025
The meeting focused on the preparation and submission of LKPS (Self-Evaluation Report) and EDPS (Accreditation Report) for the 2025 accreditation process. The LKPS could be completed as early as June 2025, and once finished, the EDPS would be opened online for assessment. Unless otherwise requested, the team will coordinate with the same auditor as last year for scheduling, with the audit planned for the third or fourth week of August. Supporting data requirements remain similar to last year, and all staff were encouraged to fill in the required data independently.
