FKG Universitas Gadjah Mada conducted a working visit to FKG Universitas Indonesia (18/01). The visit aimed to understand how FKG UI manages the Tri Dharma of Higher Education in supporting the institution toward global rankings in the field of dentistry.
Prof. drg. Suryono, as the Dean of FKG UGM, attended along with the Vice Dean, and Chairs of Clinical Sciences Departments and Study Programs, including:
- Orthodontics,
- Prosthodontics,
- Periodontics,
- Conservative Dentistry,
- Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery,
- Oral Pathology,
- Pediatric Dentistry, and
- Dentomaxillofacial Radiology.
"After this event, we hope FKG UGM can learn from FKG UI to improve its achievements toward international recognition," said Prof. Suryono.
This is a commitment by FKG UGM to implement Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly pillars 4 (Quality Education), 16 (Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions), and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals).
