Study Programs/Faculties/Graduate Schools can determine GPA standards, potential tests, and English language skills higher than those required by the University.

Application documents must be submitted after completing the online registration process.
All documents must be prepared in three (3) copies.
Each set must include proof of online registration and be placed in a snelhecter folder with the following color codes:
- Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery: black
- Orthodontics: red
- Prosthodontics: green
- Periodontics: yellow
- Conservative Dentistry: gray
- Pediatric Dentistry: pink
- Oral Medicine: purple
- Dental Radiology: brown
- Master’s Program in Clinical Dental Science: blue

If an applicant selects Orthodontics as first choice and Prosthodontics as second choice, then:
