Profile of Prosthetic Dentistry (Prosthodontics) Specialist Study Program
Prosthodontics specialist study program study about how to rehabilitate the stomatognathic system such as mastication, temporal mandibular joint, phonetic and aesthetics. This program is designed to increase the dentist professionalism that has the ability as a specialist, educator and researcher in prosthodontics field. The education method consists of lecture, discussion, seminar, library research, and clinical work such as removable partial denture, immediate denture, fixed denture, complete dentures, dental implant, over denture, post-surgical obturator, precision attachment, adhesive bridge, frame cast metal dentures, disjunctive denture, sectional denture, and maxilla facial prosthesis

Missions:
- To carry out a qualified dentist specialist education on Prosthodontics field in order to educate, develop and maintain the nation integrity
- To carry out the research in prosthodontics field supported by current basic knowledge development.
- To carry out a public service which is imbued by the democratic values and to improve the quality of oral and dental health service to the society in prosthodontics area, which is supported by the development of technology and cultural enrichment based on Pancasila Principles.
- To establish a corporation among dentistry specialist study program in a national and international scope to improve the quality of the education.
