The Faculty of Dentistry UGM is in need of one (1) contract casual worker as a radiographer to be placed in the Radiology Laboratory, Dental Learning Center at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Below are the requirements and procedures for application.
Requirements:
1. Graduates of D3 Radiology
2. Minimum GPA of 2.75 on a scale of 4
3. Possess Registration Certificate
4. Maximum age of 30 years old
5. Willing to fulfill the contract until completion
The application letter should be addressed to: Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry UGM, accompanied by:
1. Recent colored photo size 4 x 6, 1 copy
2. Curiculum Vitae
3. Copy of ID card (KTP)
4. Certified copies of Diploma and transcript of grades
5. Registration Certificate (STR)
