PPID Implementing Faculty of Dentistry

Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) is committed to providing public information services in accordance with the mandate of Law Number 14 Year 2008 on Public Information Disclosure. In order to implement public information services, the Rector stipulates the Rector of Universitas Gadjah Mada Decree number: 1394/UN1.P/SK/HUKOR/2018 concerning Information and Documentation Management of Universitas Gadjah Mada. In this decision, the Rector appoints the Executive Secretary (Ex-Officio) as the Information and Documentation Management Officer, in carrying out his duties assisted by the Information and Documentation Management Executive consisting of the Head of Public Relations and Protocol (Ex-Officio), Head of Administrative Office (Ex-Officio) Faculty and School, The Head of Archives (Ex-Officio), Head of Library (Ex-Officio) and the Head of Information Services (Ex-Officio) and the Head of Documentation Services (Ex-Officio).

  1. The applicant comes to the information service desk of Public Relations, Protocol and International Affairs of FK-KMK UGM or fills out the form online.
  2. The applicant fills in the public information request form by attaching his/her ID card / deed of establishment of the public body as required.
  3. The service officer records in the registration book and informs the applicant of the registration number.
  4. If approved, proceed to the next step. If not approved PPID provides written reasons and provides information on filing an objection.
  5. PPID provides written information to information requesters.
  6. If the requester is satisfied with the response from the PPID, the process is complete. If the requester is not satisfied with the response, he/she may file an objection with the PPID supervisor. If the requester is satisfied with the response of the PPID superior, the process is completed, while if the requester is not satisfied with the response of the PPID superior, the process continues at the Information Commission.
