Prosedur Pendaftaran
- Membuat akun pendaftaran di laman https://um.ugm.ac.id, klik here.
- Melakukan pendaftaran secara online melalu website https://um.ugm.ac.id, klik here.
- Penyerahan berkas. Setelah peserta menyelesaikan proses pendaftaran online, mohon untuk mengumpulkan berkas sesuai ketentuan berikut:
- Berkas pendaftaran dibuat rangkap 3 (tiga)
- Masing-masing berkas disertai bukti pendaftaran online dimasukkan kedalam map snelhecter (warna hitam) diserahkan ke sekretariat Program Pendidikan Dokter Gigi Spesialis Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi Universitas Gadjah Mada atau dapat dikirimkan ke: Sekretariat PPDGS FKG UGM Jl.
