Requirements for Registration for the Specialist Dentist Education Program, Faculty of Dentistry, Gadjah Mada University TA 2022/2023
The documents and/or data required to register as a participant in the Specialist Dentist Education Program (PPDGS) at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada are as follows:

| 2. | Transkrip nilai pendidikan S1 dan Dokter Gigi, dengan ketentuan Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif sebagai berikut:a. ≥ 2,50 dalam skala 4 atau setara, untuk pendaftar lulusan program studi terakreditasi A, atau;
b. ≥ 2,75 dalam skala 4 atau setara, untuk pendaftar lulusan program studi terakreditasi B, atau; c. ≥ 3,00 dalam skala 4 atau setara, untuk pendaftar lulusan program studi terakreditasi C. |

| 4. | Sertifikat akreditasi program studi pada jenjang S1 atau setara, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut:a. Akreditasi program studi yang dimaksud adalah current accreditation and evidenced by scanned results of accreditation certificates or print screen accreditation from the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT)/LAM-PTKes page which is still valid;
b. Program Studi yang akreditasinya sedang dalam proses perpanjangan, dibuktikan dengan tanda terima penyerahan borang akreditasi ke BAN-PT/LAM-PTKes yang diperoleh dari Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan. Surat keterangan dari Perguruan Tinggi yang bersangkutan tidak berlaku; c. Pendaftar lulusan luar negeri harus mempunyai surat keputusan penyetaraan ijazah dari KEMDIKBUD sebagai pengganti sertifikat akreditasi The committee only processes accreditation documents that comply with the provisions. |

| 6. | A valid English proficiency test certificate* (maximum 2 years from the date of issuance of the certificate). The committee only accepts English proficiency test results:

| 7. | Rekomendasi yang bersifat rahasia dari 2 (dua) orang yang mengenal calon Mahasiswa pada jenjang pendidikan sebelumnya, Dosen Pembimbing Akademik dan/atau orang lain yang dianggap berwenang, misalnya atasan tempat kerja pendaftar. Tautan untuk memberikan rekomendasi secara online akan dikirim Panitia UM UGM kepada pemberi rekomendasi melalu email. Proyeksi keinginan calon Mahasiswa dalam mengikuti Program Spesialis yang berisi antara lain rencana topik/minat penelitian serta alasan dan harapan mengikuti program yang dipilih, rencana topik penelitian, dan rencana setelah selesai kuliah (format dapat diunduh here);b.
