Syarat Pendaftar Program Pendidikan Dokter Gigi Spesialis FKG UGM TA 2020/2021
Dokumen dan/atau data yang diperlukan untuk mendaftar sebagai peserta Program Pendidikan Dokter Gigi Spesialis (PPDGS) Fakultas Kedokteran Gigi UGM adalah sebagai berikut:

| 7. | Rekomendasi yang bersifat rahasia dari 2 (dua) orang yang mengenal pendaftar pada jenjang pendidikan sebelumnya, misalnya Dosen Pembimbing Akademik, Dosen lainnya atau atasan tempat kerja pendaftar. Tautan untuk memberikan rekomendasi secara online akan dikirim Panitia UM UGM kepada pemberi rekomendasi melalui email. Pastikan alamat email pemberi rekomendasi adalah alamat email yang valid dan aktif; | ||||||||||
| 8. | a. Projection of prospective students' desires in participating in the Specialist Program which contains, among other things, plans for research topics/interests as well as reasons and hopes for joining the chosen program, plans for research topics, and plans after completing college (format can be downloaded here);
b. Proposal penelitian tesis/tulisan essai/syarat khusus lainnya yang dipersyaratkan oleh program studi tidak perlu diunggah tetapi dikirim langsung ke program studi tujuan dengan dilengkapi fotokopi bukti daftar. |
