drg. Raras Ajeng Enggardipta, M.D.Sc., Sp.KG is a faculty member in the Department of Conservative Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM) in Yogyakarta. drg. Raras graduated as a dentist from the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada, in 2011. She obtained her Master of Dental Science degree in 2016 from the Master's Program in Dental Science, Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada. In 2019, drg. Raras completed the Specialist Program in Conservative Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She is pursuing her Ph.D. studies at Tokushima University Graduate School of Oral Sciences in Japan.
Since 2012, drg. Raras has dedicated herself to lecturing at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada. As a lecturer, she has researched and published several papers in reputable national and international journals. Her research interests are endodontics, specifically the pulp-dentin complex and biomaterials in endodontic treatment. Alongside her fellow dentists at FKG UGM, drg. Raras co-authored a book titled "Dental Caries: Current Perspectives on Biological, Clinical, and Community Aspects."
Besides fulfilling the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, drg. Raras is also active in professional organizations. She has served as a board member of the Indonesian Dental Association (PDGI) Sleman (2014-2017), Secretary of the Indonesian Dental Conservation Association (IKORGI) Yogyakarta Branch (2017-2021), and Treasurer of the Central Board of the Indonesian Dental Conservation Association (PP IKORGI) for the period of 2017-2021. Since 2022 until now, drg. Raras has served as the Indonesian Dental Conservation Association (IKORGI) Yogyakarta Branch Secretary. She is also a member of the International Federation of Endodontic Associations (IFEA). Dr. Raras continues to enhance her knowledge by participating in the International Fellowship on Conservative Dentistry at the 2nd Medical Korea Academy 2019 in South Korea and is registered as an Alumni of the G10 International Dental Education Academy (G10 IDEA) at Chosun University Dental Hospital, Gwangju, South Korea.
