Prof. Dr. Pinandi Sri Pudyani, drg., SU., SpOrt(K), has been a faculty member in the Department of Orthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada, since 1976. She pursued her Master's degree from 1981 to 1983 at Universitas Gadjah Mada and completed her Doctoral program from 1992 to 1997 at Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya.

Known affectionately as Prof. Pin, she was born in Yogyakarta on 29 June 1949. To this day, Prof. Pin remains active in publishing, community service, and the professional organization IKORTI. She served as the secretary of the Department of Orthodontics from 2000 to 2007 and as the Head of the Department in 2007. Additionally, she has served on the ethics committee of IKORTI DIY. 

Prof. Pinandi has achieved numerous accomplishments and publications, with research interests including the Basic Science of Orthodontics, Biomechanics, and Dental Materials for Orthodontics. She also provides lectures and hands-on training on TMJ Assessment. Some of her publications include research on tooth calcification processes and bone ossification, such as "Effect of Carbonated Hydroxyapatite Incorporated Advanced Platelet Rich Fibrin Intrasulcular Injection on the Alkaline Phosphatase Level During Orthodontic Relapse" and "Locally Inhibition of Orthodontic Relapse by Injection of Carbonated Hydroxyapatite-Advanced Platelet Rich Fibrin in a Rabbit Model." In her spare time, Prof. Pinandi enjoys singing and cooking.

She participates actively in seminars, hands-on workshops, and scientific meetings. Some of the scientific events and seminars she has attended are organized by the International Association of Orthodontists (IAO), the Bali Orthodontic Conference and Exhibition, the World Federation of Orthodontists, the Asian Pacific Orthodontic Congress, and IKORTI. With her extensive experience in orthodontics since the 1970s, she is revered and admired as a lecturer, mentor, and teacher by all her colleagues, residents, and students.
