drg.Yanuarti Retnaningrum, Sp.Ort (K) is a faculty member in the Department of Orthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM) Yogyakarta. She is also an active practitioner specializing in orthodontics in Yogyakarta. 

Commonly known as drg. Ninung, she was born in Bojonegoro on 30 January 1987. She has a keen interest in Orthodontics and Medical Education. She completed her primary and secondary education in Yogyakarta, attending SD Ungaran 2 Yogyakarta, SMP Negeri 5 Yogyakarta, and SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta. She then pursued her undergraduate in dentistry and dentist profession degrees at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM). She obtained her specialist degree in orthodontics from the Orthodontic Specialist Program at FKG UGM. In 2021, she received an additional competency qualification as a Specialist in Orthodontics with a subspecialty in Complex Dentocraniofacial Disharmony Problems (Subsp DDPK).

Her published works include "Effect of Advanced Platelet-Rich Fibrin Injection on the Transforming Growth Factor-β1 Level During Orthodontic Tooth Movement in Rabbits" (Volume 21, 2024), "A Novel Approach for a Posterior Bite Collapse in an Adult with Crossbite Anterior Using 3D-Printed Bite Raiser" (2024), "Effect of Silver Nanoparticles Synthesized Using Betel Leaf Extract Added into Orthodontic Adhesive on the Bracket’s Tensile Bond Strength" (Volume 14, Number 2, 2021, p. 474-480), and "Effects of Administering the Soybean Isoflavone Genistein on Alkaline Phosphatase Levels During Orthodontic Tooth Movement in Young and Old Rabbits" (June 2021, Vol. 16 Issue 1, p. 33-40).

Her organizational experience includes active membership in PDGI Pengwil Sleman since 2012 and serving as Secretary of the Indonesian Association of Orthodontists (IKORTI) Pengwil DIY-JATENG (2022-2025).

drg. Ninung is pursuing her doctoral studies (S3) in Medical and Health Sciences at the Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, UGM.

Amid her lecturer, clinician, and doctoral student duties, drg. Ninung always finds time to exercise and spend it with her family. Her favorite sports are yoga, running, and cycling. For drg. Ninung, “Life is about balance, and balance isn’t something you find; it’s something you create.”
