Dr. drg. Wignyo Hadriyanto, MS, Sp.KG Subsp. KE (K) is an academic and dental practitioner born in Purworejo on 20 November 1956. He resides at Griya Arga Permai Housing, Jl. Semeru Q-6, Kwarasan, Yogyakarta.

His formal education began with completing his dental degree from the Faculty of Dentistry (FKG) at Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1982. Subsequently, he pursued his Master's degree (MS) at FKG UNAIR Surabaya from 1984 to 1986. He obtained a Specialist in Conservative Dentistry (Sp.KG) from FKG UGM from 1994 to 1996. In 2006, he became an endodontic consultant after completing Dental Conservation College in Jakarta. He then continued his doctoral studies and earned a Doctorate in Dental Health Sciences from FKG UGM from 2018 to 2022.

As an academician, Dr. Wignyo has been part of the teaching team at FKG UGM from 1983 to the present day. Among his roles, he served as the Secretary of the Conservative Dentistry Specialist Program from 1997 to 2002 and subsequently as the Head of the same program from 2002 to the present. He also served as the Chair of the Department of Conservative Dentistry at FKG UGM from 2016 to 2021.

In addition to his academic career, Dr. Wignyo is actively involved in various professional organizations. Since 1983, he has been a member of PDGI. He has also been Chair of the Yogyakarta Branch of IKORGI (1997-2002) and the General Chair of PP IKORGI (2002-2008, 2017-2020). Currently, he remains an active member of the Dental Conservation College.
