Fitrina Rachmadanty Siregar has been working in health and dentistry since December 2014. She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Medicine degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada and a Master of Public Health (M.P.H.) degree from the Hospital Management Master's Program, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing, Universitas Gadjah Mada. She also underwent a diploma program in Infection Control at Tokushima University Hospital, Japan. She received infection control and prevention training from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. She is a lecturer, researcher, and dental practitioner and serves as the Community Service Coordinator of the Indonesian Dental Association (PDGI) in Sleman, Yogyakarta.

Her research interests include hospital management, oral health management, community dentistry, and preventive dentistry. She has been involved in revising the Clinical Practice Guidelines for Dentists in collaboration with WHO Indonesia and other research projects, such as analyzing chewing ability in school children and its relationship with risk factors for dental caries. Additionally, she actively participates in community service projects based on research related to various dimensions of health in the Yogyakarta City area.

She teaches health management and public policy, research methodology, biostatistics, epidemiology and surveys, individual and community health perspectives, health promotion and disease prevention, ethical-legal marketing, and health communication. She supervises undergraduate thesis projects and guides professional program/co-assistant students.

She is pursuing a doctoral degree in Dental Sciences at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada.
