drg. Cahya Yustisia Hasan, Sp.B.M.M., Subsp. C.O.M.(K), also known as drg. Yusti, is a lecturer in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM). She is also the Head of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist Program at FKG UGM. She is highly active in educating residents to become competent specialists in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
drg. Yusti graduated as a dentist in 1997. Then, in 2010, she completed her specialization in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Currently, she is also a Subspecialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Clefts. Her expertise aligns with her specialization and subspecialization in cleft lip and palate surgery, as well as other oral and maxillofacial cleft surgeries. She is very proactive in promoting various community service activities, such as free cleft lip surgeries in collaboration with the Yayasan Senyum Harapan Nusantara and Smile Train. These initiatives have had a significant impact on improving the lives of many children by restoring their smiles.
drg. Yusti also holds positions in the Indonesian Collegium of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Central Management of the Indonesian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (PABMI) as a coordinator in Quality and Accreditation. This field is one of her additional areas of expertise. With her expertise, she successfully led the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Program to achieve Excellent Accreditation (A) twice from the Independent Accreditation Agency for Health Higher Education (LAMPTKES).
drg. Yusti served as the Director of RSGM Prof. Soedomo UGM from 2016 to 2017. Currently, she also actively practices as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at RSU Islam Klaten. She is indeed a multifaceted individual with skills ranging from leadership and managerial abilities to clinical expertise in providing patient care.
