drg. Bramasto Purbo Sejati, Sp.B.M.M., Subsp. T.M.T.M.J.(K), commonly known as drg. Baban, is a lecturer in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM). He completed his studies as a Dentist in 2011 and graduated as a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2020. Currently, he is an expert in Maxillofacial Trauma Surgery and Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders.
drg. Baban serves as the attending physician responsible for the services provided by Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residents at RSUD Temanggung. He educates residents through supervision, particularly in surgeries involving maxillofacial trauma and TMJ cases. Additionally, he actively practices as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at RSUD PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul.
drg. Baban is actively involved in the regional management of the Indonesian Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (PABMI). He has also been a speaker at the PABMI National Congress in 2021, where he presented on “Management of Panfacial Fractures (Delayed vs. Immediate).” In 2022, he successfully guided an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery resident to win the Best Oral Presentation award at the International Conferences on Updates of Dentistry 4.0 Technology and Introduction of Wetland-based Dentistry.
