drg. Aulia Ayub, Sp.Ort is a lecturer in the Department of Orthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM), and an active clinical orthodontic specialist practicing in Yogyakarta. He completed his undergraduate education in 2014 at FKG UGM. He obtained his dentist profession degree in 2020 with cum laude honors, earning the distinction of first place in the Dentistry Award for Outstanding Students. In 2021, drg. Aulia pursued his specialist training in orthodontics, completing it in January 2024 (2.5 years) with cum laude honors.

Known affectionately as drg. Auli, he has received numerous awards in recent years, including being a finalist in the PIMNAS PKM Research Competition in 2017, third place in the Poster Competition at the Dies Natalis FKG UGM 2018, third place in the Udayana Dentistry Scientific Competition 2018, third place in the Periapical Unjani Dentistry Competition 2018, first place in the 3M Pilot Project Competition 2018, first place in the Logo Contest for the FKG UGM Alumni Family 2019, first place in the Udayana Dentistry Scientific Competition 2019, first place in the Pepsodent-BKGN Project Competition 2019, first place in the International Research Competition at the ADS Meeting 2019, first place in the Dentistry Award for Outstanding Students at FKG UGM 2020, and most recently, first place in the Enzim Scientific Award 2023.

In addition to his academic achievements, drg. Auli is actively involved in various organizations and activities at FKG UGM. Since January 2024, he has been the Head of the Information Technology and Public Relations Unit. He is also passionate about research, with recent studies including using platelet-rich fibrin for orthodontic tooth movement and clear aligner research. One of his notable publications is titled "Effectiveness of The Attachment Design and Thickness of Clear Aligners During Orthodontic Anterior Retraction: Finite Element Analysis," published in the European Journal of Dentistry in 2023, indexed in Quartile 1 (Q1) by SCOPUS.
