Agatha Ravi has developed an interest in dental and oral health topics over the past ten years. She obtained her Bachelor of Dental Medicine degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada. She is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Dental Medicine and practices at a private clinic in Yogyakarta.

Her interest in public health grew towards the end of her first degree in dental medicine, leading her to pursue a master's degree in Public Health at the School of Health and Related Research, University of Sheffield, United Kingdom.

Her research interests include geriatrics, oral health-related quality of life, epidemiology, and health promotion and prevention.
