Dr. Yulita Kristanti, commonly known as Dr. Yulita, is the Chair of the Department of Conservative Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). Dr. Yulita embraces the concept of servant leadership in fulfilling her service duties. As a lifelong learner, she constantly seeks to learn from everyone and gain wisdom from every experience. She also endeavors to ensure that teaching and education proceed simultaneously in a harmonious and respectful atmosphere. For her, the ultimate goal of education is the development of character. Dr. Yulita graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry, UGM, in 1992. She obtained her Master's in Dental Health Sciences from the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Airlangga, in 2001. She then pursued her specialization in conservative dentistry at the Postgraduate Program in Conservative Dentistry, UGM, in 2008, earning the title of dental conservation consultant from the Dental Conservation College in 2017. She attained her doctoral degree in 2014 from the Ph.D. program at the Faculty of Dentistry, UGM.

Dr. Yulita specializes in dental restoration. In addition to teaching, her research focuses primarily on topics such as desensitizing agents and antioxidants. She has published numerous scientific articles in national and international journals and seminar proceedings.
