Julita Hendrartini is a lecturer, research consultant, and practitioner at a hospital. In addition to completing her highest academic degree in health service management, specifically related to health insurance and provider payment systems, she holds certifications as a Certified Health Insurance Administration and Certified Health Insurance Professional and a certification in health management consulting from the National Professional Certification Agency.
As a consultant, Dr. Julita has experience in premium and capitation calculations for developing regional health insurance schemes in various areas, evaluation of payment systems, and unit cost calculations in clinics and hospitals. Dr. Julita has also served as the director of UGM Academic Hospital and the Director of UGM Dental and Oral Hospital as a national and international research consultant. She has collaborated with GIZ as the person in charge (PIC) in the "Mid Term Review of Implementation National Health Roadmap," with USAID on the “Strategic Purchasing” study, with WHO in the “Review and Update of the Dental Clinical Practice Guideline,” and served as the PIC for various research collaborations with BPJS Kesehatan regarding studies related to the implementation of National Health Insurance in Indonesia.
