PPDGS Orthodontics Student Wins Award at Scientific Poster Competition

Bali, 19-21 September 2024 — drg. Rizqi Nurafika Walupi, Sp.Ort, a participant in the Specialist Dental Education Program (PPDGS) in Orthodontics at Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM), successfully secured 2nd place in the Research Category of the Scientific Poster Competition at the 17th Indonesian Association of Orthodontists Annual Meeting. This event took place at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center, one of Indonesia's most prestigious venues for international scientific meetings.

The theme of the event, “Embracing the Current Contemporary Approach in Multidisciplinary Orthodontics,” emphasizes the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in managing complex orthodontic cases. Orthodontic experts from both domestic and international backgrounds attended the meeting, highlighting the relevance of modern methods in the current development of dental sciences. The scientific poster presented by drg.
