Requirements for Registration for the Specialist Dentist Education Program, Faculty of Dentistry, Gadjah Mada University TA 2021/2022

The documents and/or data required to register as a participant in the Specialist Dentist Education Program (PPDGS) at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada are as follows:

2. Transcript of Bachelor's and Dentist education grades, with the following Cumulative Achievement Index:

a. ≥ 2.50 on a scale of 4 or equivalent, for applicants who are graduates of accredited A study programs, or;

b. ≥ 2.75 on a scale of 4 or equivalent, for applicants who are graduates of accredited B study programs, or;

c. ≥ 3.00 on a scale of 4 or equivalent, for applicants who are graduates of accredited C study programs.

3. Curriculum Vitae Fotokopi 2 rangkap
4. Study program accreditation certificate at Bachelor level or equivalent, with the following conditions:

a. The study program accreditation in question is the current accreditation and is proven by scanning the accreditation certificate or accreditation print screen from the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN-PT)/LAM-PTKes page which is still valid;

b. Study programs whose accreditation is in the process of being extended, are proven by a receipt for submission of the accreditation form to BAN-PT/LAM-PTKes obtained from the relevant higher education institution. The certificate from the relevant university is not valid;

c. Applicants who have graduated abroad must have a diploma equivalent decision letter from the Ministry of Education and Culture as a substitute for an accreditation certificate

The committee only processes accreditation documents that comply with the provisions.

5. Certificate of potential test results* that is still valid (maximum 2 years from the certificate issuance date). The committee only accepts potential test results:

*) Pendaftar wajib mempunyai skor. Meskipun demikian, karena saat ini masih dalam situasi pandemi Covid 19, maka diambil kebijakan bahwa skor yang belum memenuhi syarat minimal tersebut di atas, masih dapat mendaftar untuk periode ini

6. A valid English proficiency test certificate* (maximum 2 years from the date of issuance of the certificate). The committee only accepts English proficiency test results:

7. Rekomendasi yang bersifat rahasia dari 2 (dua) orang yang mengenal pendaftar pada jenjang pendidikan sebelumnya, Dosen Pembimbing Akademik dan/atau orang lain yang dianggap berwenang, misalnya atasan tempat kerja pendaftar. Tautan untuk memberikan rekomendasi secara online akan dikirim Panitia UM UGM kepada pemberi rekomendasi melalu email. Pastikan alamat email pemberi rekomendasi adalah alamat email yang valid dan aktif;
8. a.  Proyeksi keinginan calon Mahasiswa dalam mengikuti Program Spesialis yang berisi antara lain rencana topik/minat penelitian serta alasan dan harapan mengikuti program yang dipilih, rencana topik penelitian, dan rencana setelah selesai kuliah (format dapat diunduh here);

b. Proposal penelitian tesis/tulisan essai/syarat khusus lainnya yang dipersyaratkan oleh program studi tidak perlu diunggah tetapi dikirim langsung ke program studi tujuan dengan dilengkapi fotokopi bukti daftar.

11. Applicants for the Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Study Program, at the time of selection the maximum age of prospective students is 35 years
