The Faculty of Dentistry (FKG), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), took part in the Nitilaku UGM 2025 Exhibition, held from December 10–15, 2025, at the UGM Innovation and Creativity Hall (GIK UGM), by presenting various innovations and educational initiatives in oral and dental health. FKG UGM’s participation became one of the main attractions for visitors during the Nitilaku series of events held in celebration of UGM’s anniversary.
At the exhibition, FKG UGM showcased a wide range of flagship programs, including public education on oral and dental health, demonstrations of the latest dental technologies, and brief consultation services open to the public. The FKG UGM booth was crowded with visitors from diverse backgrounds, including families and children.

Through this activity, FKG UGM sought to raise public awareness of the importance of maintaining oral and dental health as an integral part of overall health, including the provision of free dental check-ups within a limited quota. Educational materials were delivered interactively to ensure easy understanding, using visual media, demonstration tools, and direct explanations from lecturers and students.

The Nitilaku UGM 2025 Exhibition served as a platform for the academic community to bring the outcomes of education, research, and community service closer to the public. FKG UGM’s participation reflects the faculty’s commitment to fulfilling its role as an educational institution that not only focuses on academic development but also provides tangible benefits to society.
