As institutional activities increase, so too must the supporting facilities. The Faculty of Dentistry at Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM) has added new operational vehicles to support its Tri Dharma of Higher Education activities and other official functions.
On Friday, 2 August 2024, FKG UGM dispatched four staff members to PT Adiputro Wirasejati in Malang. The delegation, part of the Procurement Team, included Wulansari, S.S., Head of Administration Office and Contracting Officer; Winaryo, S.T., Equipment Technician and Procurement Officer; Wisnu Budi Ardianto, S.E., Secretary of the Dean’s Office; and Agung Prasetyo, Official Driver as a Users.
The work visit was conducted to inspect the new operational vehicle. “According to the annual plan, FKG UGM will add a minibus to its operational fleet. This vehicle will be used for guest transportation, community service activities, and other official duties,” said Wulansari.
The inspection covered both the exterior and interior of the vehicle to ensure it meets the specifications outlined in the Work Agreement and Purchase Order. Agung Prasetyo, the driver, expressed satisfaction with the new vehicle. “We even took it for a test drive, and it’s a good fit and comfortable,” Agung noted.
Activity quality assessment of new acquisitions has become a standard procedure to prevent misuse and ensure safety during use.
