The Faculty of Dentistry at Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) is continuously improving its services. This time, the Faculty of Dentistry has launched a Virtual Office Academic system. This system allows lecturers, students, alumni, stakeholders, and even partners to handle documentation related to the Faculty of Dentistry UGM from the comfort of their homes.
Wulansari, the head of the UGM Faculty of Dentistry office, stated, “With the Virtual Office Academic system, clients who need document legalization, such as transcripts, research permit applications, diploma verification, and more, can easily obtain legally recognized documents from the UGM Faculty of Dentistry. The goal is to support official activities that require documents quickly, meeting the demands of the current 5.0 era.”
The process is straightforward. Simply join the Virtual Office Academic Faculty of Dentistry UGM Zoom meeting at http://ugm.id/VirtualAkademik or use Meeting ID: 994 0865 7389 with passcode: fkgugm. In the main room, staff will guide clients to join Break Out Room based on their specific needs. Staff from the relevant unit will assist clients in the Break Out Room Clients can request and obtain official documents digitally or as hard copies, which can also be delivered via courier services as requested by the client.
