The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Dentistry of Universitas Gadjah Mada (BEM KM FKG UGM) organized Prasasti 2024 (Dentistry Art and Sports Week) with the theme “Gate of Art and Athletics Match Experience” on Universitas Gadjah Mada 28 April - 2 June, 2024 and concluded with a peak night called IDENTIC (In-Dentistry Art-Coustic) on 8 June, 2024. This annual event provides a platform for the Faculty's academic community to channel their talents and interests in the fields of arts and sports.
The Prasasti 2024 event was inaugurated with an opening ceremony, attended by representatives from the university, lecturers, and students. This event featured various competitions, such as volleyball, badminton, futsal, basketball, soccer, chess, table tennis, Mobile Legends, e-football PlayStation, TikTok, photography, band, and solo vocal. These competitions were participated in by undergraduate students, co-ass, postgraduate students, lecturers, and employees.
This annual event is not only a talent show but also strengthens the sense of togetherness and brotherhood among the academic community of the Faculty. It captures the sports and arts talents of UGM students so that they can represent the Faculty in sports and arts competitions, and serves as a means of refreshment, enhancing the quality of work and productivity of students and educators after participating in Prasasti 2024 activities.
Acara ini merupakan implementasi SDGs tujuan ke-3 tentang kesehatan yang baik dan kesejahteraan serta SDGs tujuan ke-4 tentang pendidikan berkualitas dengan memberikan ruang bagi mahasiswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan di bidang non-akademik.
