FKG UGM sent its delegation to the General Session: The International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (IADR) 2025, namely: drg. Aryan Morita, M.Sc., Ph.D. & drg. Heriati Sitosari, MDSc., Ph.D., on 25–28 June 2025. The purpose of this event was to present the latest research findings in dentistry through scientific presentations; to build international networks for the development of research and academic collaboration; to keep up with the latest scientific developments in dental research; and to enhance the visibility of Indonesian institutions and researchers on the global stage.
Initiation and Follow-Up of International Collaboration included following up on contacts and potential collaborations established during the conference, especially in the form of joint research, visiting lectures, or student exchange.
Integration into the Faculty’s Internationalization Strategy. Making IADR participation part of FKG UGM’s internationalization strategy, including in institutional performance reports, international accreditation, and the faculty’s global image.
Documentation and Reporting of Activities. Preparing a systematic activity report covering achievements, outputs, and recommendations for follow-up as a form of accountability and institutional learning. Supporting documents such as certificates of participation, presentation abstracts, and event documentation were also attached..
Impact & recommendations included:: enhancement of research and publication capacity, international collaboration and global networking, technology transfer and educational innovation, as well as strengthening reputation and obtaining incentives.
