Dyah Listyarifah, also known as Dyah, is a lecturer at the Faculty of Dentistry in the Department of Biomedical Sciences Dentistry. Dyah was born and raised in Yogyakarta. She started her education at SD Sleman V, SLTP 1 Sleman, then continued to SMAN 1 Yogyakarta. She studied Medical Education at the Faculty of Medicine UGM, followed by a Master's program in Biomedical Sciences and Basic Medicine at the same Faculty. In 2014, she took a Doctoral study program in internal medicine and oral sciences, University of Helsinki, Finland. In the clinical field, Dyah has experience as a practicing doctor at Gramedika 10 Hospital, PKU Sleman Clinic, and UGM Dental Hospital. Currently, Dyah serves as a supervisor in Histology at the Integrated Research Laboratory, Faculty of Dentistry, UGM and Chair of the Quality Assurance Unit, Faculty of Dentistry, UGM. Her research interests are in the field of Biomedicine and Biomedical Engineering, regarding the relationship between oral health and systemic diseases. He is interested in exploring the potential of markers in the oral cavity to predict the incidence of cancer or other systemic diseases of the body. He is open to collaborate with various disciplines.
