drg. Shoimah Alfa Makmur, M.D.Sc., Sp.KGA, commonly referred to as drg. Shoim, is a staff member in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM) in Yogyakarta. She obtained her dentist profession education (drg.) degree in 2014 from FKG UGM. She earned her Master of Dental Science (M.D.Sc.) degree from the Clinical Dental Science Master's Program at FKG UGM in 2019. In 2021, she completed her specialization in Pediatric Dentistry (Sp.KGA) at the same campus, focusing her thesis research on theobromine content as a remineralization agent for dental caries.

drg. Shoim has a scholarly interest in Pediatric and Special Needs Dentistry and actively participates in research and service activities related to these areas. In addition to fulfilling the duties of a university lecturer (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi), she is an active member of the Indonesian Dental Association (PDGI) branch in Sleman. She holds a position in the Indonesian Society of Pediatric Dentists (IDGAI) Regional Board for DIY-Central Java (since 2023).
