drg. Putri Kusuma Wardani Mahendra, M.Kes, Sp.KGA (K-PKOA) is a lecturer in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM) Yogyakarta. She obtained her dentist profession education (drg.) degree in 1989, a Master's degree (M.Kes.) from Universitas Airlangga in 1996, and a Pediatric Dentistry Specialist (Sp.KGA) degree from UGM in 2003. Her area of expertise is Pediatric Oral Disorders. 

Various research studies and grants have been presented at national-scale pediatric dentistry scientific seminars and published in reputable national/international indexed scientific journals. In addition to fulfilling the duties of a university lecturer (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi), she is also active at the institutional level within higher education. She is a member of the Indonesian Society of Pediatric Dentists (IDGAI).
