Prof. Dr. drg. Titik Ismiyati, M.S., Sp.Pros, Subsp CPDI(K), commonly known as Prof. Titik, is a Professor of Prosthodontics in the Department of Prosthodontics at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). She graduated with a Bachelor's in Dentistry from the Faculty of Dentistry, UGM, in 1987. She completed her Master's in Dental Health at Universitas Airlangga in 1992. Prof. Titik earned her Specialist in Prosthodontics degree from UGM in 1998 and received the title of Consultant Prosthodontist with a subspecialty in Complex Prosthodontics Dental Implant (CPDI) in 2006. She obtained her doctoral degree through the doctoral program at the Faculty of Dentistry, UGM, in 2017 and has held the academic title of Professor of Prosthodontics since 2024. 

Prof. Titik teaches prosthodontics, particularly focusing on removable partial dentures, prosthodontic biomaterials, and dental implants, at undergraduate, master's, specialist, and doctoral levels at the Faculty of Dentistry, UGM. She is an expert in Prosthodontics with a subspecialty in Complex Prosthodontics Dental Implants. Her published research primarily revolves around the development of chitosan materials in dentistry, polyetheretherketone (PEEK), acrylic resin materials, and removable partial dentures. Her research findings have been widely published in national and international journals and conference proceedings. 

Prof. Titik also has extensive experience in various administrative roles, including serving as Secretary of the Department of Prosthodontics (2008-2010), Vice Dean for Finance, Human Resources, and General Affairs of the Faculty of Dentistry (2010-2013), Secretary of the Specialist Prosthodontics Program (2014-2017), and Deputy Director for Services, Education, and Research at RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo (2017-2023).
