AUN ACTS 2016 Registration Procedures:
Before registering to the host university, please visit www.acts.ui.ac.id to know the online registration procedure, choose the subjects or major and check each university academic year. Then, please consult the subjects to take to the Dean or Academic vice Dean of each faculty. If the subjects to take are approved by the Dean or Vice Dean, the students can carry out online registration (before sending please print the online form) then submit the online form with other documents to Subdit. International affairs, Universitas Gadjah Mada, Bulaksumur F13.
AUN ACTS program is categorized into two:
- Non-scholarship category is students who are interested to join exchange program to the AUN member universities and pay the program fee by themselves.
- Scholarship category is students who are interested to join the student exchange program to the AUN member universities, but could not afford the program fee.
