Lecturer, Doctor, Researcher, Clinics

Medical/Biology/Pharmacy undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students

Minimal participant is 10 people and the maximal is 20 people

       Registration Fee
     The contribution for Immunology Technique Course is IDR 3.500.000, and IDR 2.750.000 for UGM academician

The contribution for Musketeers Course is IDR 7.500.000,

Requirements:

1. The participant is stated registered if he/she has fill out and send the registration form. The accepted participant must submit the payment struck via email or directly to the secretariat. The registered participants will get the participation confirmation from the secretariat via email.
2. The registration will be closed if the quota is full
3. The registered participant who have transferred the registration fee, but could not attend the course, could not get the refund but his/her attendance could be replaced by another
4. If the number of the participant is less than the minimum number, the committee has right to cancel the course
5. Participant contribution for Immunology Technique must be paid no later than 6 February 2016 and submit the payment struck to the committee
