The Syawalan event organized by the Department of Oral Diseases (IPM) on Wednesday (1/5/2024) became a special moment for staff and their families to strengthen their bonds. Held at Cimoll Resto Sleman, the event featured a halal bi halal and shared lunch and a casual meeting to discuss the department’s plans for the future.
In her welcoming speech, Dr. drg. Dewi Agustina, MDSc. emphasized this. She reminded everyone that family is where we always return, regardless of our roles as lecturers or other positions, so maintaining harmonious relationships with family members is essential.
The event is part of a regular program that involves all staff and their families, providing an opportunity to unwind from daily work routines while fostering stronger relationships. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere allowed participants to interact more personally, reinforcing the bonds between staff and family.
This event also contributes to one of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), by emphasizing the importance of balancing professional life with family life.
