Suryono, SH, MM, Ph.D., also addressed the dynamics of participant quality and the academic challenges that lie ahead. The organizers acknowledged that improving participant quality must remain a shared priority, particularly in terms of academic competence and professional readiness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI believe that the level of competence we currently accept still needs continuous improvement.
