Three Key Aspects in Building Construction Planning"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Building Construction Plan at the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A solid, comprehensive, and well-prepared planning process is inseparable from three main aspects. The Head of the Administrative Office of the Faculty of Dentistry, Universitas Gadjah Mada (FKG UGM), Wulansari, S.S., stated that \u201cThe essence of the <em>Detail Engineering Design<\/em> (DED) is crucial, as it forms the fundamental basis of the construction direction.\u201d\nThese three key aspects include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Structural Division : Ensuring standardized unit prices for construction work. The next step will involve volumetric cross-checking for structural work. The use of <em>ready-mix<\/em> concrete is permitted with a maximum <em>fly ash<\/em> content of 15%, although pricing calculations will be based on 10%, which will cause minor adjustments to the base concrete cost. Detailed <em>clash detection<\/em> across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines will be carried out during the detailed review process by the analysis team. <br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Architectural Division : The unit prices for architectural work are considered appropriate, and volumetric cross-checking will also be conducted. Adjustments will be made to the Technical Specifications (RKS) related to implementation methods, tools, and materials. The current labor cost reference still follows the Governor\u2019s Regulation of the Special Region of Yogyakarta for Sleman Regency. However, since the updated regulation from the Sleman Regency Government has been issued, labor costs will be adjusted to Sleman\u2019s Minimum Wage (UMP), which may result in lower labor cost estimates (as the current plan still uses provincial rates).<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Division : This includes system planning for sound systems, the use of more economical and accessible equipment without reducing functionality, adjustment of projector specifications according to screen size, air conditioning systems, fire prevention systems, electrical and lightning protection systems, network and telecommunication systems, and renewable energy systems.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>FKG UGM hopes that the building development plan can proceed in accordance with the established scheme and DED, allowing the quality and efficiency of time, resources, and personnel to remain synergized throughout the project implementation, concluded Wulansari, S.S., Head of the Administrative Office of FKG UGM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Author: Andri Wicaksono | Photo: Eko<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rencana Pembangunan Gedung di FKG UGM Proses perencanaan yang solid, komprehensif dan matang, tidak lepas dari 3 Hal Utama.
