The UGM team was represented by Drg. Ivan Arie Wahyudi, M.Kes., Ph.D., Head of the Preclinical and Skills Lab, Drg. Mohammad Fadyl Yunizar, MPH., Ph.D., Beti Indrawati, AMTG, and Tri Vina Winda Apriliana, A.Md. Many benefits were gained from the <em>benchmarking<\/em> di Ivodent Dental Lab, salah satunya bahwa dental lab ini sudah sangat lengkap dari fasilitas dan memiliki SDM yang berpengalaman. Perkembangan teknologi CAD\/CAM menjadi salah satu fokus dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas pembuatan protesa atau gigi tiruan. Teknologi CAD\/CAM yang dipakai dari berbagai variasi <em>software<\/em> desain yang digunakan, teknologi <em>desktop scanner<\/em>, berbagai jenis mesin <em>milling,<\/em> dan 3D printing sehingga dental lab ini dapat memproduksi bahan material metal menggunakan teknologi CAD\/CAM. Tim FKG UGM belajar mengenai alur kerja lab, proses desain, dan produksi. Ivodent Dental Lab berada pada satu manajemen dengan Bali Dental Clinic 911 yang memiliki segmentasi market para turis di Bali. RS ini sudah memiliki fasilitas <em>digital lab <\/em>sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan perawatan gigi yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Selain itu, fasilitas RS sangat baik di dalam mendukung dan memberikan kenyamanan kepada pasien serta tenaga medis yang ahli di bidangnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nilai keunggulan Ivodent dental lab memiliki fasilitas yang lengkap di dalam proses pembuatan protesa gigi, terutama teknologi CAD\/CAM. Dari mulai berbagai merk <em>desktop scanner, digital software, intraoral scanner, milling machine,<\/em> and <em>3D printing.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" src=\"https:\/\/fkg.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2025\/08\/preklinik-3-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-15247\" style=\"width:660px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/fkg.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2025\/08\/preklinik-3-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/fkg.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2025\/08\/preklinik-3-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/fkg.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2025\/08\/preklinik-3-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/fkg.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2025\/08\/preklinik-3-18x10.jpg 18w, https:\/\/fkg.ugm.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/30\/2025\/08\/preklinik-3.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ngoerahsun Wellness &amp; Aestetic Center merupakan merupakan projek RS di bawah bimbingan Kemenkes yang memiliki standar internasional dan bekerjasama dengan Sun Healthcare International dari Korea Selatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rencana laboratorium pre klinik dan skills lab FKG UGM akan mengembangkan pembuatan protesa gigi untuk kebutuhan klinis karena saat ini masih digunakan untuk penelitian dan akademik. Saat ini lab <em>digital dentistry<\/em> pada lab pre klinik dan skills lab FKG UGM semakin banyak digunakan untuk penelitian mahasiswa Pascasarjana, terutama mahasiswa spesialis dan S3. Penggunaan <em>intraoral scanners<\/em> juga sudah masuk kurikulum mahasiswa S1 Kedokteran Gigi, mahasiswa profesi (co-ass), dan mahasiswa residen. Penggunaan <em>intraoral scanners <\/em>juga sudah mulai digunakan untuk beberapa kasus mahasiswa residen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rencana lab <em>digital dentistry<\/em> FKG UGM akan berdiri sendiri sehingga akan memiliki manajemen sendiri di dalam pengelolaannya. Pengembangan ke depan akan memproduksi untuk kebutuhan klinis dan menambah jenis-jenis lain protesa sehingga perlu penambahan alat, seperti: mesin <em>3D printing, sand blasting, face scanner<\/em>, dan penambahan <em>software <\/em>untuk desain. Lab Digital Dentistry dapat menghasilkan protesa gigi yang lebih berkualitas dengan tingkat akurasi yang lebih tepat serta memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar untuk akademisi, klinisi,\u00a0dan\u00a0masyarakat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>Penulis: Andri Wicaksono, Foto: Dok.
