The use of bioceramics has emerged as one of the latest innovations in this field. Bioceramics are bioactive ceramic materials that have developed rapidly due to their ability to enhance treatment outcomes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Endodontic bioceramics are advantageous because of their high biocompatibility and remineralization properties, which can repair damaged tissue and combat infection. With advancing technology, bioceramics have become increasingly innovative, with physical and chemical properties optimized for root canal obturation procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a study conducted by FKG UGM student Rahmiwati, under the supervision of <a href=\"https:\/\/fkg.ugm.ac.id\/id\/organisasi-fakultas\/dr-drg-ema-mulyawati\/\">Dr. drg. Ema Mulyawati, M.S, Sp.KG (K)<\/a> titled \u201cRoot Canal Obturation Using Bioceramic Sealer After Apexification with Calcium Hydroxide\u201d, researchers explored the use of bioceramic sealer after apexification as an alternative obturation material that improves the success of endodontic treatment. The study explained that the application of bioceramics in root canal obturation enhances sealing ability and biocompatibility while supporting the regeneration of tissues around the root canal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latest technologies utilize adhesive and bioactive bioceramics that provide tight sealing and prevent microbial infiltration. In addition, these materials support tissue healing as well as the restoration of surrounding bone and structures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The advancement of bioceramics increases mechanical strength and stability within the root canal, offering great prospects for long-term success in endodontic treatment. These innovative, bioactive materials improve clinical outcomes while reducing the need for costly and time-consuming retreatments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The development of new bioceramic materials for endodontic care presents more effective and safer solutions by combining biomedical material innovations with modern clinical techniques\u2014ultimately improving patients\u2019 quality of life through higher-quality and more sustainable treatment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><strong>References<\/strong><br><strong>Rahmiwati, Dr. drg.
