Jonarta, M.Kes., titled&nbsp;<em>\"The Effect of Gargling with 5% vs. 10% Avocado Leaf Extract Solution (Persea americana Mill) on Epithelial Maturation of Gingival Mucosa in Patients with Moderate Gingivitis\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;, showed that gargling with avocado leaf extract solution has a positive effect in reducing inflammation and aiding the healing process of inflamed gums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Natural Tips to Relieve Gum Inflammation Symptoms<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rinse with natural solutions<\/strong><br>Gargling with solutions made from natural ingredients such as avocado leaves, warm salt water, or aloe vera-infused water can help reduce inflammation and soothe gum tissues.
